  1. Many banks ask customer to go and lodge a complaint and inform that their duty is only to provide information. Earlier AMEX use to compensate Banks/Establishments if they have followed AMEX instructions at the time of accepting the TCs even if they subsequently prove to be forged/not genuine. Something of that should be enacted for net banking and ATM.
