-COMMUNICATION SENT BY UFBU TO INDIAN BANKS ASSOCIATION
We wish to inform you that IBA has sent a communication to UFBU advising that the meeting fixed for 13/02/2014 for discussions on Charter of Demands has been postponed. The Convenor of the U.F.B.U. has sent a communication to The Chief Executive of the IBA on this issue. The text of the communication is reproduced hereunder for your information:

Dear Sir,
Deferment of the Meeting
On Charter of Demands Scheduled On 13.02.2014
This has reference to your Letter No. HR&IR/UFBU/XBPS-4/8844 dated the 10th February 2014 informing us about the postponement of the meeting originally scheduled on 13.02.2014 without stating about the next date of meeting. It is being reported in the media that the meeting might have been deferred as a consequence to the Two Days’ Strike, which we hope is not true.
We, therefore, request you to advise us the exact reasons for postponement of the meeting and the date of next meeting. As the UFBU is going to meet shortly, this aspect is bound to be an important part of deliberation for deciding the future course of action.
Please treat the matter as EXTREMELY URGENT.

Meanwhile U.F.B.U. is meeting on 19th February, 2014 at Mumbai to take stock of the situation and decide its further course of action. We shall keep you posted with the developments in this regard.

Come on guys its now or never , show them that how much unite we are , go for indefinite strike we are with you take the initiative , show what happens if bankers go on indefinite strike , within 7 days they will do whatever we will say to do , its our humble request please go on indefinite strike without any delay
