Outcome Of Today's Meet With IBA---??????

WAGE REVISION- Xth BI-PARTITE SETTLEMENT:
During today's negotiations, INDIAN BANKS ASSOCIATION (I.B.A.)

 improved their offer from earlier 10% to 11 % which UNITED FORUM OF BANK UNIONS ( U.F.B.U.) rejected.
On I.B.A.'s request to spell out our expectation, U.F.B.U. told 25 % on Pay Slip Components which I.B.A. said not possible to consIder.

 Further course of action will be decided by U.F.B.U. shortly....

  1. Hike offers is even below the inflation during this period. Now our association should go under the banner of a political. Party to raise our voice in parliament. No other option

  2. Shame shame shame. Is this the attitude of new government towards bankers. Yesterday it was heard that new finance minister is talking about 20 % hike. Where is it. I tell you Mr. FM 20% is not enough in current scenario. Compare the bankers with govt. employees and then decide impartially.

  4. sir since IBA is just fooling us as banker we must boycott IBA and should abolish IBA from our forum and we must deal directly with govt because every time IBA fools us and play with us so better we dont negotitate with IBA and since IBA chief is a MR Bhasin from Indian overseas bank which is loss making bank he will not think of us

  5. to all sirs,well , before commencing actual meeting this 25% and 11 % could have spoken over phone also ,which could have saved lot of time and money spent .
