JOIN Massively in "BANKERS CITY-WISE FORUM" : To Fight Against Adamant IBA. Make still stronger UFBU, UFBRO, AIBRF, AIBEA, AIBOA, BEFI, AIBOC and others.

This group has been promoted keeping in the view that in near future, soon we may need to come together on various issues of we all, for working and Retiree Bankers whether for Wage Revision shortcomings, compensations, stress and working environments and those of Retirees (Pensioners and Non-Pensioners too) various needs etc, etc so we need to communicate all necessary information, suggestion and guideline, time to time among one another to bring solidarity and strengthen our Bankers Unity at large.

This is to request all Bankers from ALL BANKS to join this group purely on YOUR CITY wise, who are all domiciled here in YOUR CITY and working here in YOUR CITY irrespective of from where we all belong and come from.

This is to try for 5-Days week Banking, and also 19 th July as our Bankers Demand Day to celebrate YOY basis and place our all other needs through Demand Paper to the Govt.of India (through proper channels means through our respective Unions and Associations only) in the interest of our Banking Community and its Welfare Development.

Make UFBU Stronger by showing your Unity and Solid cooperation to fight with this Adamant IBA.

We will Demonstrate FIRST, then one-two days strikes, still IBA, not considering our all Demands fulfilled, means, be prepared for INDEFINITE STRIKES TOO.

  1. After about two months delay, both the IBA and Unions met but without any agenda on wage revision. This shows that both the parties have not done any home work about wage revision. I feel that we, the employees were made to feel as FOOLS instead of DONKEYS.

  2. The Unions shall opt for minimum of 2 days strike only for Wage Revision to end the delaying tactics by IBA.

  9. UFBU is unable to get our right of pay and perks though daialogues/discussion with IBA and in turn GOI. The bank employees are far behind to cope up with 6th pay commission hike given to to the central govt employees. One clerk of central govt is drawing pay nearly equal to a PO of a bank. What is this? The central govt has even set up the 7th pay commission now. Why there is a step motherly treatment to state owned bank employees? Even other govt PSUs get the benefit of central govt pay commissions but condition of bank employees are very pathetic. So fight well to achieve our goal to be at par with central govt employees. We are with our unions in the fight. Jai Hind!

    1. We are demanding increase in Wages from and out of the Net Profits earned by the Banks whereas the Govt. employees have been paid out of COMMON MAN'S TAX PAID MONEY. IBA / Govt. should understand this and settle the wage revision honourably to tbe Bank employees

  12. Retired Union Leaders should step down and pave the way for the younger people to negotiate the wage revision with IBA. The younger generation shall be guided by the seniors/retired people sitting outside.
