What Is Yesman Culture OR Flattery Culture

There are valid reasons for all rise and fall in stock market. If stock market rises in morning session, market analyst will explain few reasons for rise and substantiate their statement by giving some examples of growth. But if on the same day , say in afternoon market falls drastically , some analyst will explain how due to critical situation market fell and how there are constraints in growth and how International situation is hurdle in share market. There are valid reasons in the minds of media men for each fall and for each rise in stock market. 

Similarly several  leaders of Congress party and other allied or supporting parties were blindly supporting introduction of Constitutional amendment bill nullifying Supreme Court order  on the issue of criminals and convicted persons fighting election. 

All those leaders telling differently when Rahul Gandhi loudly cried against the Ordinance sent to President of India and termed the Ordinance as Bakwas and Non Sense.Yesterday many leaders supported stand of Rahul Gandhi and advised government to recall the ordinance. 

All flatterers of Rahul Gandhi and Sonia Gandhi condemning Ordinance and perhaps if get an opportunity will ask for making Rahul Gandhi as PM of India , without any delay and without waiting for election ( they know it is difficult to win the election for Rahul Gandhi when Modi is becoming popular in every nook and corner of the country despite ill-motivated dirty campaign launched by his opponents on false ground. 

Tomorrow or day after tomorrow if Manmohan Singh takes hard stand and threaten to resign (remote possibility) on the issue of Rahul' Gandhi and against humiliating stand taken by Rahul Gandhi on the disputed Ordinance, same leaders of same Congress Party and other supporting parties will start telling and explaining people of India how Ordinance is in the interest of the country and opponents of Ordinance are fool and biased. 

This is called Yesman culture . This is termed as flattery culture which is root cause of all malady in Indian administrative system. In all government offices, banks and all PSUs, if a boss says sun rises in the west and sets in east, flatterers who are career motivated and who are greedy of money and power  will say Yes to the logic and views of his boss. Facts and bitter truth never come forward in fear of repercussion , transfers like that of Khemka and suspension like that of Durga.

In our country Boss is always right. People think it better to garland their boss all the day and all the year on flimsy reasons. They instead of performing try to please their boss by singing songs in praise of boss even if the boss selfish,corrupt , inefficient , fool , biased and not loyal to the organisation they serve.They know well and understand it well that if they go against the wishes of the boss they may be subjected to torture in several ways and their life may become miserable and pitiable.There are hundreds and thousands of example in all offices and departments where character assassination take place in routine manner like that of Durga Nagpal and Ashok Khemka or V. K. singh or Ramdeo or Arvind Kejriwal or Kiren Bedil like officers.
