NATIONAL UNION FOR BANK EMPLOYEES’ (NUBE) is the fourth oldest 

and fourth largest union  in the banking industry 
(as per IBA records)   is  
an 

 actualization of an Independent apolitical Union, 
Independent not merely as fashion but Independent from the waxing 

and waning of politicking political 

parties at the National and Regional level, independent ideologically and 

financially,  independent of ideological deceptions and economic banditry - both morally corrupting and above all liberated from the dictates of hegemony

of bigger affiliates in the union movement of bank employees.  

NUBE represents over 18000 workmen in the Public Sector, Nationalized 
And Private Sector Banks  Regional Rural Banks in India . 

Membership of the NUBE extends to all those engaged in banks India throughout the country. NUBE has submitted the charter of demands for the tenth bipartite  and has come out with booklet on thecharter as per the attachment giving graphically the justification , rationale and logic behind  the demand of increase in wage load by 45% .
