UFBU has taken a correct stand to go ahead with the proposed strike even though the IBA called for wage talks on 29.01.2014. It seems to be an eye wash as IBA should have called the UFBU for talks well before the strike dates if they actually want to avoid the Bank strike and settle the wage issue. Kudos to UFBU leaders and fellow bankmen.
I would like to request all the bankmen to participate in the proposed strike on 20.01.2014 & 21.01.2014 and make it a grand success to shake the IBAs attitude towards us.
